Required Follow-Up Email

After submitting the request form, a follow-up email is required to complete the request and coordinate coverage.

Please include:

• Child’s name and basic case information

• Hospital name and room or unit, if available

• Requested coverage dates and times

• Expected discharge date, if known

• Caseworker contact information

• Important visitation, behavioral, medical, or case-specific instructions

• Any other information the sitter should know before arriving
